Have you considered herbal medicine as part of your self-care routine?

During this time of lockdown, it is easy for us to lose track of our health routines and fall into a pattern of some not-so-healthy habits. We can use some of this extra time at home to reassess which parts of our health and well-being require some extra attention.

East Asian herbal medicine, also known as Traditional Chinese herbal medicine, has been heavily researched and found to benefit a myriad of conditions.

My special areas of interest focus on prescribing herbs to assist with the following conditions:

-Digestive issues: bloating, abdominal pain and discomfort, excessive gas, constipation, diarrhea, acid reflux and heartburn

-Women's health: period pain, heavy periods, irregular periods, PMS, endometriosis, PCOS, fertility support and low libido

-Emotional imbalances: stress, anxiety, anger, depression, palpitations and insomnia

Private health funds are accepted for herbal consult cost.

If you would like to find out if herbal medicine is a good fit to achieve your health and wellness goals, I am offering free 15-minute phone consultations
